Ginger Beer
We put ginger, sugar, yeast and warm water into a bowl and covered it with tissue paper. Every day for a week we added more sugar, yeast and ginger and gave it a stir. After a week we put it into bottles. Then this morning we added a raisin to each bottle to give it flavour. Then we leave this for another week and this Thursday we are going to sell the ginger beer. I learnt that yeast rises when you feed it.
I enjoyed learning how to make ginger beer and look forward to trying some.

Ginger Beer
One Thursday we put warm water, yeast, ginger and sugar in a bowl, we feed it every day for a week with ginger and sugar. on the following Thursday we added 28 cups of water and then put the ginger beer into bottles. today we put one raisini nto each bottle. This Thursday we are selling the ginger beer. i have learnt that you need to have warmth for the ginger beer bug to grow otherwise it will die. I have also learnt that you need to have sugar for the yeast to eat so that makes the ginger beer bug. I have enjoyed making the ginger beer and I am looking forward to tasting it.
The good points about cats flying is that they will never get stuck in a tree. They will beable to get rats easier as they will beable to see them from the roof and then they can fly down and get them. The bad points would be that they would beable to catch birds alot easier and then there might not be any birds left.
